Dear God:
Today, I am thankful for Mother Teresa (August 27, 1910 - September 5, 1997).
Make us worthy, Lord,
to serve others
throughout the world
who live and die
in poverty or hunger.
Give them, through our hands,
this day their daily bread,
and by our understanding love,
give peace and joy.

I'm trying to do more than acknowledge Mother Teresa's life. I'm trying to convert her simple, earnest prayers into positive, personal actions.
No matter where I am or what I am doing, I know in my heart that I can always do more and give more. And, in doing so, my cup, just like hers, shall runneth over.
For this blessing, I am grateful.
