Dear God:
Today, I am thankful for favor in unexpected places.
One of my favorite prayers focuses on "walking in favor" - a good thing to do while I travel the life and career transition road. The prayer instills these blessings: favor with bureaucrats and authorities, favor in the marketplace, favor as I come in and go out, favor in unexpected places.
If I had to choose only one of these blessings, it would be the last one: favor in unexpected places.
Serendipity.
Oh, Lord, surprise me with Your grace.
For this blessing, I am grateful.
Amen.
