Dear God:
Today, I am thankful for honey crisp apples from Paonia. They're my favorite eating apples. Unfortunately, honey crisps are also a short-season variety. Locally, demand exceeds supply. If I'm lucky, I'll find a boxful at the natural food co-op and buy them all.
For this blessing, I am grateful.
