Dear God:
Today, I am thankful for one more planting session before summer officially arrives.
Whew! My planting days are just about over. On Sunday, I planted three 5-gallon sized shrubs - serviceberry, viburnum and buddleia (S dug the holes for me). This morning, ten plants joined the backyard garden - one goldenrod, two switchgrass, five day lilies and two raspberry bushes.
I still have a few more plants that need permanent homes. Hopefully, I'll determine their ideal locations by fall.
For this blessing, I am grateful.
