Dear God:
Today, I am thankful for the end of March Madness.
Saturday night, my UCLA Bruins lost their semifinal game, a highly touted rematch with the Florida Gators in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. Consequently, I had little personal interest in tonight's final between Florida and Ohio State. Still, I'm glad that Florida won.
Now, our lives can can return to normal - at least until cycling's Giro d'Italia begins in May.
For this blessing, I am grateful.
Amen.
