Dear God:
Today, I am thankful for a clear head.
My bout with the common cold, my first this century, is finally over. What a relief to breathe easily, lose that annoying, hacking cough and sleep soundly at night. I very rarely use OTC or prescription medications, preferring natural or homeopathic remedies. This time, however, I had to take a few to get me through work.
I'm well now - feeling 100% of my old self - and determined to stay healthy the rest of the year.
For this blessing, I am grateful.
Amen.
